I Have Trouble Writing Essays - What Should I Do?

I Have Trouble Writing Essays - What Should I Do?As I have trouble writing essays of any length, I have trouble with these exams too. In fact, I know I have difficulty writing on any kind of topic. If I can't write my own essay, what can I write? So I was on the lookout for an answer when I came across this great tip in a writing course. The author of the course was also in a similar position as I was and in a way I saw him as a great resource to me because he had managed to come up with this simple strategy to help his students. He called it the five W's strategy and with that, I got hooked on it and wanted to share this with all the other writing courses out there.Writing the first part of the essay should be very objective. You should have an objective viewpoint and then you should present your information in a logical and organized manner. If you are going to promote a product and you want your readers to buy it, I would not consider it a problem at all. However, if you are going t o discuss some other subject, you should take into consideration the personal viewpoint of your audience and try to incorporate the personal viewpoint in your essay. For example, you might write a short story about a victim of a crime but you want to include a personal anecdote about his childhood to get a wider perspective about the crime. The second part of the essay should be about presenting your thesis. You should be able to show how your conclusion is based on facts that you have gathered from your research. The content and presentation of your thesis should be supported by the information you present in your first paragraph.Thirdly, you should have some sort of personal opinions which you present in your research work. However, I would suggest writing down what you really think to avoid giving a biased report.Fourthly, you should be very familiar with the subject you are going to write about and some of the research's research in that person's research field. If your research is about pot, you may not be familiar with pottery so you should use the resources available to you to introduce yourself and give some insight on pottery. Please don't limit yourself to any one of these strategies because there are many more out there for you to consider. Go ahead and test out some other writing courses and try other strategies.
